Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent of a copyright owner, and you believe that content on our site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written takedown notice to our designated agent.

Your notice must include all of the following to be valid under the DMCA:

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content we removed in response to a DMCA notice was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which VipBox Info may be found.
  5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original takedown notice, or that party’s agent.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party and may restore the removed content after 10 to 14 business days unless the complaining party files a court action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We take a firm stance on repeat infringement. In accordance with the DMCA and our commitment to respecting intellectual property, we will terminate access or publishing rights for any contributor or user who repeatedly infringes copyrights.

Limitation of Liability

VipBox Info is an informational publication. We do not host video content, stream broadcasts, or provide access to third-party media files. Our DMCA obligations apply to the original written and editorial content we publish on this site.
